OUR POLICIES:
A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to reserve your date. Balance is due two weeks prior to wedding. In the event of rain, we will work with you to move the ceremony under the decks/house or you have an option to use Bon Villa reception room for a fee. We only accept cash, check, or money orders. All packages are tax included.
Please fill out the client questionnaire in Contact US as soon as possible to check for availability. Many wedding parties book a year in advance. Feel free to ask questions or to add to your wedding package from our wedding services. We will accommodate you anyway we can to make your dream wedding come true.
For wedding ceremonies at Bon Villa, the bride, attendants, and mother of the bride are allowed on the property 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. The groom, the remainder of the wedding party, and all guest will be allowed through the front gate 15 minutes prior to the ceremony. For weddings without a reception at Bon Villa, the wedding party is allowed 15 minutes after the ceremony for photos.
No Confetti, Rice or Birdseed may be used. No Music after 10:00 PM
WEDDING SERVICES:
For receptions using the first floor air-conditioned Reception Room, upper Bath Room, and upper deck - seats 30 comfortably - $250.00 first hour and $125.00 each additional hour - $500.00 refundable security deposit.
For receptions using the covered patio areas - accommodates 75 guests, lower Bath Room, beach, and grounds only (lower level) - $200.00 first hour and $100.00 each additional hour - $300.00 refundable security deposit.
For receptions using both the first floor and lower level areas - $350.00 first hour and $150.00 each additional hour - $600.00 refundable security deposit.
Minimum of one hour for reception. For free place settings with food service, a minimum of $500 food order is required.
Bridal Room Available for 30 minutes prior to ceremony- $35
Digital photos included in our wedding packages are non-posed informal photos. Ask about posed photos for additional price.
Alcoholic beverages are permitted if the wedding party signs a release of liability and hold-harmless agreement with Bon Villa and pays a security guard fee of $100 for 3 hours or less.
Digital Video of Ceremony on DVD disk - 30 minutes - $250.00 or 60 minutes - $400.00
Rehearsal time $75 hr. We can accommodate and provide a rehearsal dinner - ask for details.

RECEPTION OPTIONS:
From complete catering services with a bar to a simple wedding cake and non-alcoholic punch, call for prices.
You may not use your own caterer.
